Will this product work if I have a protective/decorative casing?
Yes. However, please
make sure the case thickness less than 5mm

In addition, please make sure there is no other metal or foreign object in the back of your phone. Generally, we highly recommend taking the casing off for full charging speed.
LED light flashes and the wireless charging dock cannot charge your devices, how can I deal with this problem?
1. Make sure your device supports the Qi wireless charging function before using this wireless charger.
2. Check if you are using the QC 2.0/3.0 adapter to charge.
3. Test with other USB charging cables.
4. Check whether your devices' case has metal foreign objects. Magnetic or metal attachments will make an LED flash and prevent charging. Take off your device case covering and try again.
Why is my iPhone 12 Pro/iPhone 12 Pro max not charging?
